We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
Technical support is provided during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 CET) unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Support response times vary based on your service level.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, adigitanova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to adigitanova in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
